Sanji and Purin probably won't get married at the end, as for her joining the Straw Hats that really depends on her character and her interactions with Luffy. There is always that chance that Purin doesn't want to get married either and is being forced, we also don't know if she is a good guy or not. Just because her picture makes her look innocent doesn't mean she is a good guy. At the end of it all Sanji will probably go back with the Straw Hats and start flirting with Nami, Robin, and any other girls he sees like always. Now do I think Purin is going to join the Straw Hats? That I really can't say until I've seen more of her character and what she's like.
