I don't think Capone has anyone on the same level as the M3, I don't even think he's on the same level as them. A bit below, I'd say. So as a whole, I rank Capone's crew as weaker than the SHs, and just a bit below the M3. Capone's crew, and she is, supposedly, BM's daughter. So I can't see his intentions being that clear for now. As for Drake, I'll say the same. I can see him going both ways. I could see him joining Kaido just to get closer to him, stronger, and then defeat him, or actually respecting the man and being a loyal and faithful subordinate.
