Monkey D. Dragon

Monkey D. Dragon, commonly known simply as Dragon the Revolutionary, is the father of Monkey D. Luffy and the son of Monkey D. Garp. He is the infamous Revolutionary leader who has been attempting to overthrow the World Government. He is the World Government's greatest enemy, and is the most dangerous and most wanted man in the world. Dragon is usually seen dressed in a long green cloak (colored black in the manga), underneath which he wears the garb of a revolutionary, colored white in the anime, and orange in the manga. He has spiky black hair with a widow's peak hairstyle, and what resemble tribal tattoos on the left side of his face (which he received sometime after Gol D. Roger's death), they are colored dark red in the anime, and bright red in the manga. Also, he appears to have no eyebrows, however, he does have a bit of stubble on his chin in the form of a goatee. He is most often seen sporting a sinister grin on his face, further aiding his already intimidating visage. Only on rare occasions, such as at Roger's execution, has Dragon not been seen smiling. Twenty two years before the start of the series, at Roger's execution, his appearance was the same as it is now except he did not have his tribal tattoos or his stubble.

Dragon's personality is mostly unknown due to the many mysteries surrounding him, save for an apparent love for freedom and a belief in fate, traits of a "D". Despite this he is serious about his crusade warning his subordinates that the conflict against the World Government will be protracted and arduous. In contrast to other members of his family, or D's for that matter, he has a stern and serious demeanor. However, he is often seen with a confident grin on his face. He also seems to be concerned about innocent people (possibly seeing the World Government's oppression towards them), as shown where he willingly rescued the denizens of the Gray Terminal and offered them a position in the Revolutionary Army. He speaks as though he is a mystic of sorts and apparently does not like to speak of, or be asked about, his past. He also has a strange habit of always looking towards the East Blue when the wind changes. His revolutionary comrade Emporio Ivankov attributes this to his instincts, having left Luffy in East Blue. Emporio Ivankov is one of Dragon's comrades and one of the commanders of his revolutionary army. Ivankov apparently understands Dragon's habit of looking at the direction of East Blue whenever the winds blow, as though he is homesick. However, Ivankov had no knowledge of Dragon's family until after he met Luffy years later, which led the commander to protect him at all cost. It is unknown how Dragon met Ivankov. Bartholomew Kuma was once a member of Dragon's crew and the Revolutionary Army, as shown in a flashback when Dragon rescued the people of Trash Mountain in the Goa Kingdom. His relationship with Dragon is still a mystery, though he knows that Luffy is Dragon's son, a fact that even Ivankov did not know until he met the boy. Though Kuma was working with the Revolutionary Army in secret as a Shichibukai, his final modification into a full Pacifista now places him fully under the World Government's control. Dragon is seemingly aware of Kuma's deal with the Marines. The other Revolutionaries were relieved to find out that their mysterious leader is in fact a "human" when they heard that he is the father of Luffy and son of Garp. This shows that the Revolutionaries are loyal to Dragon since no one deserted him due to learning of his heritage. Dragon's hatred of the nobles does not seem to include Sabo. In fact, Dragon was shocked to hear the boy's shame of being born a noble, and listened to what he had to say. Following the telling of the boy's confession to the plot Dragon and the revolutionary army rescued the citizens of the Gray Terminal. He later saved Sabo's life and allowed him to join the Revolutionary Army, where he eventually rose up the ranks to become the Army's Chief of Staff. Sabo refers to Dragon as "Dragon-san" and appears to be loyal to him and is trusted enough to lead the Revolutionary Army's investigation of Dressrosa's weapons trade. Dragon is the son of the famous Vice-Admiral Monkey D. Garp. No direct interaction has been seen between the two. However, Garp was casual towards telling Luffy about Dragon's criminal status, going so far as to pick his nose while saying this. He even laughed when he realized he should not be telling people that kind of information. There appears to be some sort of understanding between the two, as Garp stated that the reason why Dragon was in Loguetown was to see Luffy set off for the Grand Line but Dragon ended up rescuing Luffy against Smoker's Seastone Jutte.

It is clear that both Garp and Dragon have different assessments of the East Blue. While Garp perceives it as a rather peaceful place, Dragon expresses his disgust with Garp's view of "peace" since it was nothing more than a form of oppression authorized by the law in places, such as Tequila Wolf and the Goa Kingdom, evidently forcing common people to inhabit horrible living conditions. It was Dragon's being Garp's son that made him a target for Chinjao's grudge when the revelation was made worldwide. Since Chinjao gave up his grudge against both Luffy and Garp when Luffy restored his old head, it can be assumed that he gave up his grudge against Dragon as well. Luffy is Dragon's son. Like his own father, Garp, he seems to hold high expectations for Luffy. And although he has yet to introduce himself to Luffy, Dragon appears to support his son's actions thus far. He appeared in Loguetown to see Luffy off to the Grand Line  and stopped Smoker from capturing him, showing that he cares somewhat for his son's well-being, though he did not seem to have participated in raising Luffy himself. Even after his men learned of their connection, Dragon just casually confirmed it. Dragon also appears to be incredibly proud of his son because of all the trouble Luffy has been causing for the World Government. His unusual habit of standing in the wind and facing East Blue (where he had left Luffy), apparently means that he misses his son. When he was informed about Luffy's second intrusion in Marineford, he decided to focus on his own goals, and that Luffy was old enough (in his opinion) to take care of himself. Due to the fact that he is the leader and main center of the largest anti-government organization in the world, Dragon has been dubbed the most-dangerous and the most-wanted man in the world by the World Government. As Nico Robin has said, many people and organizations (especially pirates) try to steer clear of disrupting the World Government and drawing attention to themselves. However, the organization led by Monkey D. Dragon does the exact opposite. Although many people call him a revolutionary, the World Government feels that his ideals and goals can collapse the strength and justice of the World Government. So far, it seems the World Government is the only known enemy of Dragon. Regardless, just being the son of Dragon is enough to make Luffy a target for "justice". The Marines being the World Government's primary military force have much disdain for Dragon and his ideals, especially Akainu for unknown reasons. Sakazuki was also one of the only people who (before Sengoku made it public) was aware that Luffy is Dragon's son and that Dragon is the son of Garp. It is unknown if that was simply common knowledge amongst high ranking Marines or not. However, the marine soldiers were shocked when they learned Straw Hat Luffy's father was none other than the Revolutionary Dragon. Smoker, then-captain of Loguetown's base, was surprised to see Dragon there, and even more confused and angry when Dragon saved Luffy from capture; it was not until the Battle of Marineford that Smoker fully understood why Dragon intervened, at that point he saw Luffy as an even more potential threat than ever.

Sabo

Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army, and is recognized as the "No. 2" of the entire organization, being directly under Dragon himself in terms of command. He is an adoptive brother of Luffy and Ace, and the son of Outlook III. He was born into a noble family in Goa Kingdom but decided to run away and live in the Gray Terminal, eventually setting out to sea on his own. 12 years before the present storyline, he was a childhood friend of Ace, and eventually Luffy as well, to the point where the three considered themselves to be "brothers", swearing an oath of brotherhood over sake. Along with Ace and Luffy, Sabo's dream was to become a pirate so that he could set sail and achieve freedom, and made plans with his brothers to set sail at age 17. Despite this, Sabo decided to set sail before Ace and Luffy, and his boat was destroyed by a Celestial Dragon moments later. Sabo was believed to have died from this event, but survived after being saved by Dragon and joined the Revolutionaries. Sabo lost most of his memories from that point forward, but regained them after learning that his adopted brother Ace was killed at Marineford.

Sabo was a ten year old boy at the time of Luffy's flashback, the same age as Ace at that time. He had a missing tooth and short curly blond hair. He wore a large black top hat with a pair of blue goggles wrapped around it, a blue jacket with the sleeves rolled up, a cravat and a pair of light blue cyan shorts held up by a belt with an elaborate flower-design buckle. Before he entered into the Gray Terminal, he was seen with a gentle outfit with a white colored short-sleeved shirt and wearing blue colored shorts as usual. As an adult, Sabo became taller and more muscular. He has matured greatly, with more pronounced facial symmetry and a scar he acquired over his left eye. This scar was inflicted when Saint Jalmack selfishly blew up the fishing boat Sabo used to set out to sea, leaving him with serious burns and critical injuries. He resembles Luffy enough to allow him to easily deceive opponents as perceptive as Diamante into thinking he was "Lucy" by simply wearing the same outfit, although Sabo is still taller than his younger brother. His hair has also grown noticeably longer since his youth. While participating in the final round at the Corrida Colosseum in Luffy's place, he wore Luffy's cape, fake beard, and viking style helmet. In addition, he wore shades to conceal his eyes. He also drew an x-shaped mark on his chest. Later, after the round, he returned to his original outfit, which resembles his old outfit from twelve years ago: a long black jacket with a buckle on the left sleeve, with a blue shirt and vest, a frilled cravat, and a simple belt holding a pair of loosen light-blue pants with black boots (said boots are shown in greater detail in Pirate Warriors 3, to be wrapped with buckles and with cloth bracings). He also wears a pair of brown gloves and the same top hat with goggles over the band. At first worried that Luffy would reveal the secret stash that Sabo and Ace had hidden, they suggested that they would kill him. However, after seeing Luffy resist Porchemy and refusing to tell the secret, they inducted him into the group and treated him like a brother. Luffy also thought of Sabo as a kinder elder brother than Ace. Prior to his departure from Goa, Sabo sent a letter to Ace, telling him to take care of Luffy as their younger brother. After the time skip, when Sabo meets Luffy, Luffy is shocked and surprised due to the fact that Sabo is alive and starts crying after meeting him, thinking that he had died 12 years ago. He also had enough faith in Sabo's fighting skills to leave the finale in the Corrida Colosseum in his hands, allowing Sabo to take claim of the Mera Mera no Mi. He later told Admiral Fujitora that should Luffy ever need help, he would be there for him, having refused to ever lose another loved one ever again.

Ace, being a fellow child who wants to be a pirate, was a good friend of Sabo's. In fact, they were like brothers, and Sabo was willing to forsake his dreams to save Ace and Luffy from his father's wrath. It is unknown whether or not Sabo was aware of Ace being Gol D. Roger's son, though in the anime he was fully aware of this fact, as well as the one who informed Luffy of it. Although Sabo had amnesia for most of his life and forgot about Ace and Luffy, after reading about Ace's death in a newspaper article, Sabo regained his memories of Ace and by extention - the rest of the memories he had lost. This event, combined with the fact that he discovered that his brother had died all at the same time, put him into a coma for three days. Two years after Ace's death, Sabo deeply regrets that he wasn't there to try and save his brother's life, and not a day went by where he didn't agonize over what Ace's final thoughts might have been. He visited Ace's grave and left three cups of sake next to Ace's gravestone in memory of their brotherhood, and pinned a newspaper article to the gravestone to indicate that Luffy is doing fine. Despite his regret, Sabo still remains determined to inherit Ace's will by obtaining the Mera Mera no Mi. He later looked to his late brother to watch over him as he entered the arena. Sabo obtained and ate the Mera Mera no Mi, and the first attack he used with his new abilities was Ace's signature move, Hiken. Despite Sabo's grief, he took it upon himself to protect his remaining brother Luffy in Ace's stead, and vowed to never live with any regrets ever again - as he believed Ace would never have forgiven him for it. It is unknown if Dragon was aware that Sabo considered himself the brother of Monkey D. Luffy, his son, when he first rescued him. In the aftermath of Marineford, when Ace's death along with Luffy's heritage was revealed in the newspaper, Sabo both regained his lost memories as well as gain knowledge of Dragon's relationship with Luffy. In the past, Dragon spared his time to listen to Sabo's story. He was openly affected by Sabo's morality and sympathized with the noble child for his refusal of his heritage. He later rescued Sabo and saved his life, permitting him to join the Revolutionary Army, where he eventually ascended the ranks to become the Chief of Staff and the Army's second in command. Sabo refers to Dragon as "Dragon-san" and is loyal to him and is trusted enough to lead the Revolutionary Army's investigation of Donquixote Family's weapons trade. Sabo seems to be well acquainted with Koala, to the point where she knows about his history with Luffy and Ace and his regret about not being able to be at the Battle of Marineford. She also attends his battle at the Corrida Colosseum. However, she is constantly frustrated with his selfish attitude in regards to disobeying orders as seen when she berates him for potentially drawing the ire of the Marines by fighting one of their Admirals. Due to Sabo being a part of the Revolutionaries, he is an enemy of the Marines, but more specifically, the World Government. As such he stopped Admiral Fujitora and his forces from advancing after Luffy[10] and clashed with the blind Admiral. Surprisingly despite this enmity, he wishes the blind admiral good luck with his dangerous gamble to leave the Heavenly Demon's defeat in the hands of pirates. Having personally witnessed the Nobles of his home in the Goa kingdom, Sabo bears deep hatred towards nobles. Having learned of their attempts to kill all the people in the Gray Terminal, Sabo was the only person in the whole kingdom to try to save the people living there and was shocked and disgusted seeing that everyone in the kingdom knew what was happening but did nothing to help. He himself even told Dragon how he was ashamed of ever been born as one. Realizing he'll never be free of them, Sabo attempted to leave his home to make sure he'd never become like them. His hatred may not be absolute, it is unknown what he thinks of Nobles who are good to their people, like Dalton, Cobra, or Vivi, and more recently, the Riku family.

Koala

Koala is a former slave who was set free by Fisher Tiger's rampage on Mariejois. She sailed along with the Sun Pirates to reach her home town. At some point later, she became the Fishman Karate assistant instructor of the Revolutionary Army, where she now works with Sabo, making an appearance in the Dressrosa Arc. When she appeared twelve years ago, Koala was a skinny girl with long, unkempt brown hair. She also had distinctively large and round eyes, similar to that of a koala, and was always smiling. She had on a dirty, short-sleeved collared shirt, which she wore under dark overalls and a smudge on her right cheek. Judging from the way Fisher Tiger branded her on her back, she had the mark of the Celestial Dragons on her back, which was replaced by the mark of the Sun Pirates. After a few weeks she had neat, shoulder-length hair, a light-colored dress, and a pair of loafers. At age 23, she became taller, slim, curvaceous and extremely well-endowed, with a pronounced hourglass figure, and wears a crimson newsboy cap with gold goggles, a pink shirt with frilly collar, a maroon short skirt, and black thigh-high stockings with brown boots.

Aladdin described Koala as having the lifestyle of a slave ingrained in her blood. Even after being set free for three years, she was very apologetic and vowed to never cry or stop working. The pirate explained that if a slave ever cried or stopped cleaning, then they would be killed. Koala seemed to consider the Sun Pirates her masters, as she asked them if she would be killed if she stopped cleaning. The pirate also said that slaves panicked constantly, even when they were by themselves, and could never trust anyone. It is unknown if Koala also became paranoid in that regard. But when Fisher Tiger convinced her that they were not like the Celestial Dragons by throwing a gun into the water, she finally cried for the first time in years. She then began to regard the Sun Pirates as her family rather than her masters, though this did not stop her habit of cleaning even when she wasn't asked. By the time they reached her home town she genuinely liked the fishmen and mermen of the Sun Pirates, creating especially strong bonds with Hatchan and the future members of the Macro Pirates. She went as far as to actually hold Fisher Tiger's hands despite him trying to shake her off. At the age of 23 Koala has become much more mature, having shown compassion to Sabo for not being there to save Ace and that he should not let his guilt get to him. She also has become rather playful and cheery, having gleefully hugged Robin again after meeting her and teased Sabo about him crying upon meeting Luffy again. She has also been shown to have a temper, as she got angry with Sabo for fighting Fujitora instead of staying at his post and comically pinched his cheeks for his disregard for his duties as a Revolutionary. Koala's only known family is her mother. It is clear she loves her mother very much, having hugged her after reuniting with her when Tiger brought her home. It is unknown if Koala ever discovered of her mother and the other people on her home island betraying Tiger by selling him out to the Marines. Koala was much loved during her time with the Sun Pirates. As the crew included former slaves, they understood the plight that Koala had suffered and why she was how she was. They treated her and protected her while she traveled with them and were very sad to see her go. Out of all of them, she was especially fond of Hachi, Jinbe, and Macro. Koala was deeply thankful to Fisher Tiger for freeing and returning her home. Though she appeared to like the fishmen, Fisher Tiger himself admitted that he was unable to love humans upon his deathbed so he could not return affection towards her. He even refused to hold her hand, though he still smiled when she returned home. It is unknown if Koala ever discovered of Tiger's death by the Marines due to her people selling him out to the Marines.

Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army who Koala serves faithfully. During the Zou Arc, after Koala returned to Baltigo following the mission to Dressrosa, where she reported that the weapons they confiscated from Dressrosa contained traces of a special mineral and is surprised when Dragon reveals it is Liquor Iron Ore as only a few countries actually mine for it, before thanking Dragon for helping them find Luffy and their lost comrades. She also informs Dragon that rumors of Robin's capture on Sabaody were false when Dragon inquired about her. She also asks Dragon if he will ask about Luffy, but he dodges her question by saying Sabo already told him. She's been shown to have certain skills like being able to take down larger enemies and great agility and can make a big jump from the stands to all the way down to an underground port while bringing Sabo clothes to wear. Her position indicates that in terms of combat, she is above simple revolutionary soldiers, as she seems to have a decent level within fishmen standards despite being human. After Fisher Tiger attacked Mariejois, Koala escaped and fled to an island. Unfortunately, the inhabitants there had no way of returning her to her homeland. When the Sun Pirates visited there three years after she was freed, the inhabitants asked them to take the little girl home. After Koala introduced herself and thanked Tiger for freeing her, she boarded the Sun Pirates' ship. Koala was instantly met with hostility by Arlong, who hit her for being human, but was restrained by Hatchan. Tiger gave the girl the mark of the sun to cover up her slave mark. He then told the girl that she was allowed to cry if she wished and made a vow to return the little girl to her home. Koala then began to cry. The Sun Pirates were able to find an Eternal Pose for her home island, Foolshout Island. When they arrive, she bid everyone farewell, and Tiger took her to her village. The whole town rejoiced, but everyone was still afraid of Tiger. Later, she heard some strange noises. When she asked if anyone else heard them, her mother replied no. The truth was that Fisher Tiger was attacked because people from a previous island informed the Marines about the Sun Pirates while the people on this island allowed it on the condition that the Marines overlook the fact that she was a released slave and not take her back. Sometime after Fisher Tiger's death, Koala joined the Revolutionary Army and she became a Fishmen Karate assistant instructor. She became acquainted with Sabo and Hack. She was worried when Sabo had a mental breakdown after remembering his brother, Ace. When Sabo awoke from his three-day coma, Koala cried in relief. After Robin agreed to meet Dragon, Koala became acquainted with her. Koala, Sabo, and Hack arrived at Dressrosa in order to put a stop to a weapons trade that has been promoting wars throughout the world. Koala was first seen sitting on a pile of defeated enemies, talking to Sabo on the Den Den Mushi inquiring about his meeting with Luffy. She told him that Ace's death could not have been prevented by him. Then, when Sabo told her to inform him if anymore underground movements happened, Koala told him that she would. Later, Koala disguised herself as a member of the Donquixote Family and managed to get inside the Corrida Colosseum, relieved that she had arrived just in time to watch the next round. When the toys in the audience transformed back into their original forms, Koala informed Hack that Sabo was heading to the basement as he demolished the entire arena.

Edward Weeble

Edward Weeble, or "Whitebeard Jr." is the self-proclaimed son of Edward Newgate and one of the Shichibukai. His mother is Bakkin, the self-proclaimed lover of Newgate. He was first mentioned by Commodore Brannew in a discussion of the current Shichibukai ranks to several high-ranking Marine officers, but was not explicitly named until after Donquixote Doflamingo's defeat. Weeble has a stocky figure, with prominent scars going down his left eye, across his neck and around his left arm.

He has bushy white hair with two ponytails coming down either side of his face and similar to his self-proclaimed father, has a black bandanna and crescent-shaped mustache which is even larger than Edward Newgate's. His legs are disproportionate and his nose also appears to run, evocative of his simple-minded nature. He wears overalls that are hung by chains rather than straps and bear his personal jolly roger on them. Edward Weeble is a violent man as he left destruction in his wake when hunting Whitebeard's crew and allies. He is not very bright as he had a hard time telling the difference between a mirror and a photograph. As a result, he is constantly manipulated by his mother, making him believe that he is the rightful heir of the Whitebeard Pirates' fortune, not the members of the Whitebeard Pirates, to whom he believed (influenced by his mother) are unworthy. He also talks in a whiny, snot-nosed manner, making him sound like both a little kid and a simpleton. Though his claims are widely doubted, at the very least, he seems to genuinely believe them to be true. Unlike his self-proclaimed father, Weeble does not hold concepts of family in the same regard, believing that his alleged blood heritage is what makes him true family, not bonds built on friendship and camaraderie. Because of this, he violently attacked all those once affiliated with Whitebeard.

He also holds grudges, as he wanted to avenge his alleged father's death upon Blackbeard, but was convinced by his mother that revenge is not important. His powers have been praised by Kizaru who compared his abilities to that of a younger Whitebeard, his alleged father.  The fact that he's been said to have leveled several cities in his wake and that he already defeated 16 crews which were former allies of the Whitebeard Pirates is proof that he is a formidable foe considering he seemingly did so single-handedly without being harmed in any visible way after his fight with the A.O Pirates. Like his so-called "father" Whitebeard, he wields a bisento as a weapon of choice. But it can be seen as an arrangement by his manipulating mother, to make his proclamation all the more convincing. Weeble proclaimed that he is the son of Edward Newgate, a claim that is heavily questioned by others. He eventually joined the Shichibukai sometime during the timeskip after the Battle of Marineford. Weeble first appeared after decimating A.O's crew. His mother told him that they must find Marco in order to claim the late Whitebeard's fortune, but Weeble is more interested in taking vengeance on Blackbeard for killing his alleged father. After convincing him otherwise, she then reads from a newspaper about how the Straw Hat Pirates defeated Doflamingo and he questioned his mother whether or not to chase after Luffy to get information on Marco. Weeble's hair and mustache can be seen in Chapter 801. Weeble has the highest known former bounty of all the Shichibukai so far. He is the last of the Shichibukai appointed mid-timeskip to be revealed, and the last Shichibukai to be revealed of all.

Tsuru

"Great Staff Officer" Tsuru is a Marine Headquarters vice admiral. Tsuru is a thin and elderly woman with gray hair tied in a bun. Her attire appears to be less formal than the other high-ranking officers', consisting of a shirt left hanging out, with the sleeves rolled up and a tie around her neck, and calves-long pants, which makes her somewhat resemble the animal of her name, the crane. She sports earrings made of beads, and on her right wrist she has two bracelets.

Twenty-seven years ago, her skin was already wrinkled, suggesting that she was fairly old. In her youth she was quite beautiful and had dark blue hair tied up in a loose pony tail with sidebangs that framed both sides of her face. She wore a standard Marine uniform with a rifle strapped to her back. She is a veteran marine who is not without wisdom for her age. She seems extremely knowledgeable; she knew who set the Marines to fight each other in the Marine and Shichibukai meeting when all others thought the two were simply messing around, and knew who Laffitte was on sight. She is not above telling off the younger marines that show concern for her well being when she steps up to fight the incoming pirates at Marine HQ. She then justifies her being on the front line with the other vice admirals by stating there is no longer a safe place left in the world for her to run to anyway. According to Garp, she is an empathetic woman although she does not show this disposition very often. She also seems to be a bit of a feminist, as her crew seems to consist solely of women. Tsuru is a Marine who is well skilled in tactics, being able to formulate the next step right on the spot, earning her the nickname "Great Staff". As a Marine vice admiral, it can be concluded Tsuru is quite powerful.

Tsuru was strong enough to strike fear into Doflamingo before he became one of the Shichibukai, as he was quick to flee during her many pursuits of the Donquixote Pirates throughout North Blue, and he swore upon seeing her battleship off the coast of Minion Island when he heard that the Marines had taken a boy (whom he wrongly believed to be Law) into custody. Tsuru ate the Woshu Woshu no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit that allows her to literally "wash and hang out to dry" people and objects as if they were clothes, turning them into flat and malleable like clothes. This disables the opponents by rendering them unable to move. This can also "clean" a limited amount of evil off the victims, which is considered a dangerous ability against pirates. After the Donquixote Pirates were defeated, Tsuru came to Sengoku's ship. After a shaky conversation, Sengoku offered Tsuru some okaki. Three days after Doflamingo's downfall, Tsuru and Sengoku arrived at Dressrosa and met up with Admiral Fujitora. Tsuru asked Fujitora why he did not capture Luffy and Law. The Admiral explained that he made his decision based on the roll of a dice and that the pirates have been lucky for two days in a row. Fujitora then gave Tsuru his dice and declared that if it rolled on any number other than one, he will go after the pirates himself. After Luffy and his group escaped, the Marines left Dressrosa while escorting Doflamingo. While guarding Doflamingo's cell, Tsuru reminded Doflamingo of the reality that he lost and then listened to his comment about how the war for the title of Pirate King will begin. In her first appearance in the anime, she does not say anything. In the manga, she talks to Donquixote Doflamingo, ordering him to be a good boy and calm down.     Eiichiro Oda has stated that he tends to name female characters after birds. This tradition continues with Tsuru, whose name means "crane". Her name can also be translated as "to hang", depicting her ability.  Tsuru (on the right) and Sengoku in Bartolomeo's imagination. Tsuru is introduced as Marineford's second-in-command despite being a vice admiral. Whether she holds more power than a normal vice admiral is unknown. She is currently the highest ranked female Marine. In the 4Kids dub, Tsuru's rank of Vice Admiral (Chūjō?) title has been translated as her surname. When Tsuru and Sengoku were mentioned by Bartolomeo, they were shown in the latter's imagination, hardly resembling their real appearance at all.

Else, Luffy would steal the spotlight, and then we would see him travel to Whole Cake Island, and then BM action and during all this time, the others would get little focus or development. Luffy's alliance with the samurai against Kaidou seems like a nice move. Kouzuki Oden's goal of wanting to open Wano country to the world sounds like a bold move back then. Seems like Wano will be another defeat the tyrant overthrow the evil government, I at least hope Kaido is actually there, if it's just to overthrow one shogun prepare for a borefest.

Law had story with Vergo, Law defeated him. Doflamingo put Luffy's friends in danger and almost killed Law. Sure, Jack did the same. But that does not mean Luffy wanted Mingo all for himself. He let Law fight Mingo too. So why can't the guys with a grudge on Jack, the ones that were mainly affected by him, and are powerful enough to beat him, display their strength. Luffy current goal is to rescue Sanji. It would be wise and good if Luffy set sail, and while he sailed to Whole Cake Island, the minks defended Zou.

IMO it was showing how Luffy needs to cooperate with people to win against some of these high level new world foes, because I'm of the stance that Luffy would've lost that fight without all the help he got.

It was (roughly) their 3rd fight. And none of it was some Luffy vs Crocodile fight. Only the first one where both stood no chance (Luffy because Croc is a Logia and Law because he was fighting Issho and Mingo). If it wasn't for Luffy G4, then it would be really hard for Luffy to beat Doflamingo. Luffy won't just fight someone just for the sake of him being the bad guy.

Jack might launch powerful attack from sea manage to make Zunisha tumble and leave thinking they all drowned. Basically his Human/Mammoth forms should be no stronger than Base Doflamingo, his Hybrid form no stronger than Awakening Doflamingo and his own Awakening around Jozu level. Luffy defeating an opponent that can range from Base Doflamingo to Jozu level makes perfect sense at this point, since, you know he did it last arc. Luffy only needed G4 once. He was just the victim of PIS. He easily could've finished off Doffy after Leo Bazooka, but he chose to stand around like a fool.

I think Zoro needs to stay on Zou to fight Jack. I doubt Nami, Chopper and Robin will be of any help. Zou's arc thus far story telling wise, every arc has to have its portion of action, and seems like the fighting is gonna begin soon. More than anything, it's Zoro I want to face Jack. Wano is a more appropriate place for Zoro to finally go all out, but we as Zoro fans are eager to see him show his true worth, ever since the time skip happened 4 years ago. Luffy alone but Neko+Inu+Law+Zoro vs Recovering Jack. But if Jack turns out to be Marco level he will tear them apart.

Well we better not forget Sanji cause he is worth at least a thousand people. Shogun is gonna do a double turn; he's being a villain just so he can get rid of Kaido when they all least expect it/the best opportunity arises. I want Oda to let Jack kill the elephant, because if he do that, he will break the pattern, like he did in Water 7, Sabaody archipielago, Impel Down and Marineford. In typical Shonen style is usual to expect a happy ending, the villlain defeated and the good guys win, so I loved when Oda devasted the crew in Water 7 and Sabaody, made Luffy fail in rescue Ace in Impel Dawn, killed Ace along with Whitebeard at the war, scarred Luffy mentally and Physically, and made shine Akainu and Blackbeard, thats what made this series so great, not always the crew wins, even of they win often their battles.

This team will confront Jack's crew, Zoro will pull a Luffy and disappear only to be found already fighting (mowing through Jack's crew trying to get to Jack). The Strawhats/Law/Wano-bros will come in to assist in the fodder so Zoro can go for Jack. As this is all happening, we see Luffy will have stolen away with Pekoms (who is still injured and complaining to Luffy that the way Luffy is carrying him is worsening his injuries), headed toward Big Mom. That duo will proceed to get lost (or just find along the way) and encounter Whitebeard Jr.

And Jack is back, and is targeting the big elephant himself. I did have a scenario in my head where the elephant would get killed and it be all. I believe Luffy will draw Jack's attention away from Zou. After Jack realizes that the Ninja and Momonosuke are with the SH's, he will chase them towards Whole Cake island. But once they cross into Big mom's territory, he will have to give up chase, or risk starting a war is Big mom herself. Jack is going to begin his siege on Zou. Everyone is going to go out to see what the hell is going on.

Also Luffy promised he would defeat both Jack and Kaido someday so that dosen´t mean he will be defeated here since i think there is 0% that Kaido will be taken down here and i´m pretty sure Luffy have said that about other villains before their arcs came.

I agree Jack won´t last for that many more arcs but i hope he atleast survives for this arc. Jack returning now was a surprise to me. This feels like when Doffy was coming to take on Luffy, Law, Zoro, Sanji and Smoker all by himself. Oda can't really make Jack look too strong because it will discredit Luffy's statement that he'll take down Kaido. On the contrary, Luffy has to show he can hang with an underling of Kaido and that's what will probably happen.

One Piece 820 Manga -1234567891011121314151617181920

The ending seems to kinda set him up to be the arc villain but hopefully he dosen´t actually get defeated here and this is just when we get a true taste of his powers and how dangerous he is and he gets defeated in a later arc. Would be disappointing if he already met his end at Zou. I hope you guys realize that we're gonna see Rayleigh and Mihawk in this cover-story. Oda's now doing the people the Straw Hats spent the time-skip with. Luffy already promised he would defeat him. By Shonen logic, he's a dead man.

And Oda knocked that out in 203 chapters, whereas in part I it took him about 240 chapters to reach the end of Jaya. He's moving at an incredibly faster pace. We now find ourselves in Zou, the Skypiea of the New World. It sure as hell is moving faster than its part I parallel. Can you imagine Dragon momonosuke going berseker or if he takes one of choppers pills. Wano and set-up for Yonko fights, it´s true that´s a lot of the info was stuff we expected but this stuff was to be explained at some point so it´s not that big of a deal. They didin´t have the shock factor last chapter had but the revelations and developments were still fine and i quite enjoyed Momo in this one.

We saw that besides Jack himself his men stood no chance against the Mink. Jack isn't Marco level. Like I said: he ranges from Base Doflamingo to Jozu level depending on which form he's in. His Awakening is Jozu level. You said that base and hybrid versions of jack would only be as strong as the base and awakened versions of doflamingo respectively. That is a massive underestimation of how strong he will be.

If Jack is Marco level he won't tear anyone apart. We are talking about two guys which already proved to be able to stand against him on their own. We don't have any reason to believe G4 Luffy can't keep up with Jack, Neko and Inu. Law's Gamma Knife has a shot against almost any person in One Piece verse, specially against someone which isn't a Paramencia nor a Logia.
